Loyalty Rewards Points Terms and Conditions

The Loyalty Rewards Points program (“Program”) sponsored by Influential Drones (“Sponsor”) is designed to help you get the most out of your membership. We reward you for doing the things you already do: shop on Influentialdrones.com (the “Site”), refer friends to the Program, and send us feedback on products. Best of all, the points you earn can be used to purchase more products! The following Loyalty Rewards Points Terms and Conditions (these “Rewards Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Rewards Terms and Conditions carefully. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Sponsor and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers. Participation in the Program constitutes your agreement to the Site Terms and Conditions, and the Site Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein.

Being eligible for the Program entitles members (“Members”) to take advantage of certain Program rewards (“Rewards”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward, without notice.

Program Period

This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by Sponsor (the “Program Period”).

Eligibility

To become a Member of the Program, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands and be 18 years of age or older. To enroll in the Program, you simply need to have registered for an Influential Drones account at http://shop.influentialdrones.com. You do need to have a subscription to earn Points in the Program.

Earning Points

Once you have become a Member, you can begin earning Rewards Points (“Points”) in the following ways:

Signup for the Program — earn 250 Points
Make a Purchase — earn 1 Point for every $1 spent on any order over $25
Celebrate Your Birthday — we will “gift you” an additional 150 reward points, after the completion of any purchases, in any amount made up to 30-days before your birthday
Refer friends — upon the completion of your purchase as a Member, you will receive a referral code to share with a non-Member. That person can use the referral code and get "$5 off any order over $150". Upon the completion of their order, You, as the referral source, will receive 250 Points into your account. This offer is limited to 4 referrals per Member.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability, or notice to Members, all or part of the Points’ value structure and offers and any merchandise or service. Sponsor reserves the right to adjudicate all Points discrepancies in its sole discretion, and the Members agree to abide with any such adjudication. You can check your Points balance on your accounts page.

Tier-Point Levels

As Members start to accumulate Points, they can achieve different levels as the number of Points earned and retained increases. These levels reflect Points earned and unused, not Points earned and redeemed. From time to time at the Sponsors discretion, offers will be made specific to Members in different Levels. Members at the highest tier will get opportunity offers no other lesser Member will be offered!

Silver — 500 to 999 Points
Gold — 1000 to 2499 Points
Red — 2500 to 4999 Points
Black — 5000 to 9999 Points
Premier —10000 Points or more

Point Redemption

The more Points you earn the more cost savings you have. The following offers are available for

Redeem $10 off coupon for 1000 points, min purchase of $250 or more required
Redeem $15 off coupon for 1500 points, min purchase of $350 or more required.
Redeem $20 off coupon for 2000 points, min purchase of $500 or more required.
Redeem $50 off coupon for 4000 points, min purchase of $1000 or more required.
Redeem $100 off coupon for 7500 points, min purchase of $2500 or more required.

Refunds & Returns

Any items received as a result of Point redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Points and will not be reimbursed in cash or credit. Purchases made with Points will ship in the normal course of business. Refunds will not be credited unless an item is returned. Customer is to pay the cost of shipping.

Points earned via credit card transaction purchases on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.

Points Minimums and Maximum

You will not be able to use your Points until you accrue 1000 Points, at which point they will become available for redemption.

You cannot redeem Points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash.

Points Balance

You can always check your Point balance in your account page. Your Account page lists your Rewards Points balance history, which displays the dates your points were earned.

Points Expiration

Points will never expire for active accounts. An active account, for the purposes of this program, is any purchase above $25 within a 2-year period.

Points Forfeits

If Member cancels or closes subscription, Member forfeits all such Points – including points earned for any other open subscription.

Reward Conditions

Rewards may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to Member. Members are solely responsible for reporting such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Members may not assign or transfer any Rewards. Sponsor makes no warranty in any respect as to any Rewards, merchandise or service available within the Program.

Termination

Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward, without notice. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Sponsor deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Rewards Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Sponsor to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision Sponsor makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or intent of these Rewards Terms and Conditions.

Release

By participating in the Program, Members release Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Rewards.

Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Member of any of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or any violation by Member of applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of New Jersey shall govern these Rewards Terms and Conditions. Member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in New Jersey for all matters arising in connection with these Rewards Terms and Conditions or Member’s participation in the Program.
