We are a business development and consulting company focused on aviation, global STEM outreach, nonprofit management & fundraising, film & production, marketing, media, public relations and talent management. We champion projects related to growing our aviation industry, and serve our clients on the front lines - taking roles on scene rather than ‘behind the scenes.’ We lead a team of consultants and contractors who share our passion for industry growth, a positive attitude and able to work multiple projects simultaneously. Our ability to be flexible and mobile relates to our client best, therefore, hands on when needed to travel on location. Our team is also qualified to facilitate and aid notable and commemorative flight missions. To date, we’ve completed Dreams Soar’s “Global Solo Flight for STEM” October 2017 and D-Day Squadron’s “Mission to Normandy” in June 2019.

Leach Strategic Partners is an unmanned aerial system (UAS) consulting service company for public safety and security companies. Founded by Ron Leach, a 23 year veteran of the New Jersey State Police (NJSP) and a veteran of the United States Navy, honorably discharged.
Ron is the principal consultant for the business. He holds several Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Pilot Ratings including Private Pilot, Airline Transport Pilot, and Remote Pilot for UAS. Ron was the Chairman of the NJSP UAS Working Group. The group was tasked with developing a direction for the use of UAS and counter UAS technology.
Ron served as a member of the U.S. Department of Justice, Law Enforcement UAS Working Group, and Co-Chaired the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, Domestic Security Preparedness Task Force - UAS Subcommittee. He has been published in NJ Cops magazine, presented to the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police, and contributed to the ANSI UASSC Standardization Roadmap for Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
Ron has in depth understanding of issues related to counter-UAS (c-UAS) technologies and the current limitations that prohibit its use. Ron has worked with MetLife Stadium security staff to assist in addressing some of these issues and has made c-UAS recommendations to the NJSP members assigned there.
Ron has provided guidance to several state and local law enforcement and fire departments as well as security teams regarding UAS operations. Prior to retiring, Ron obtained a "Top Secret" security level clearance sponsored by the NJSP.
The Sundance Media Group (SMG) team is vendor neutral, where we collaborate with manufacturers, service providers, and software developers, and share forward our clients’ needs. SMG has been working and training UA/drones since 2010 from a variety of perspectives, including product development with manufacturers and the development of vertically specific marketing content. This unique ecosystem of communication has evolved into knowledge of best-practices for the industry.
Today SMG serves as a consultant within the UAS industry, offering training and speaking engagements on UAS topics ranging from: UAS cinematography, commercial and infrastructural UAS applications, Public Safety applications, UAS risk management, night UAS flight, aerial security systems, and 107 training to ensure pilots clearly understand the FAA laws. Our instructors have undergone FITS training and have taught, presented workshops and participated in panels, conferences, and private instruction events worldwide. Our team also offers drone services for a variety of industries.
Additionally SMG assists in standing up UAS programs for corporations and public safety agencies with services ranging from creation of policy documents to operational standards, and vertically-focused practical instruction. With an intimate knowledge of the FAA FARs and FSIM; our collective experience with instructors and UAS pilots nationwide are our foundation for creating a best-practices for everything UA/drone/UAS.
Nick Lang is an award winning Director, Producer, Director of Photography, Aerial Cinematographer, Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, and Colorist based out of Philadelphia, PA.
His aerial work has been featured on HGTV, A&E, PBS, Commercials in the Philadelphia and NJ area and on multiple aerial showcase websites. Nick has also been lucky enough to work with some amazing people like Richard Branson, Carli Lloyd, Tony Hawk, Bob Burnquist, Bam Margera, Nyjah Huston and Matisyahu.
Nick understands the importance of developing a professional relationship with each one of his clients. He ensures that the vision of his clients is realized with the highest form of production value possible.
When Nick is not flying he focuses on educating new UAV pilots by hosting private flight lessons and speaking on expert panels.

The Urban Low Altitude Transport Association Inc. (ULTRA) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit headquartered in New Jersey. The organization promotes the aviation and infrastructure interests of companies, operating and supporting manned and unmanned aeronautical vehicles involved in the transportation of people and packages in and around densely populated areas.
ULTRA takes a "bottom up" approach to the industry, focusing on the real operational and environmental issues that must be addressed for the integration of these new technologies into regions with congested airspace and existing air transportation operators.
Our mission is to develop industry-supportive positions that serve to inform legislators, regulators and the public about the needs and benefits of this next generation air transportation mode, and allow for the practical deployment of these new technologies while supporting legacy aviation operators.

Dawn M.K. Zoldi (Colonel, United States Air Force Retired) is a licensed attorney, an U.S. Air Force veteran and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of P3 Tech Consulting, connecting people who have a passion for advanced tech platforms with the plans, programs, policies and information they need to succeed. Ms. Zoldi was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1992 and commissioned through direct appointment in the Air Force in July 1993. In her almost 25 years of active duty as a member of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps as a military attorney, she performed a myriad of duties at various command echelons in the continental U.S. and deployed forward. Upon retirement from active duty in 2018, she spent two years with the Office of the Air Force General Counsel as the Business Matters Attorney for the U.S. Air Force Academy and an additional one on faculty as the Deputy Director of the Academy’s Center for Character and Leadership Development. She is an internationally recognized expert on unmanned aircraft systems and advanced air mobility law and policy, listed as one of the Top Women in Aerospace and Aviation on LinkedIn 2021 and a recipient of the Woman to Watch in UAS (Leadership) Award 2019. Her endeavors in the drone law, regulatory and policy arena include roles as a consultant for multiple aerospace companies, legal columnist for Inside Unmanned Systems and Inside GNSS magazines, guest contributor to DroneLife.com, podcaster and conference planner for InterDrone as well as strategic partnerships and leadership roles in multiple aerospace, drone education, non-profit and media-related companies organizations. Ms. Zoldi is also the President and CEO of UAS Colorado, Colorado’s only business league for drones, and an Adjunct Professor at Colorado State University-Pueblo, Political Science Department, Institute for Homeland Security Studies.
Aviation Influence is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, with a core mission to serve young people in discovering STEM and aviation careers. Teaming with industry partners, we engage and elevate the interest of youth through hands-on outreach programs.
Purpose: To elevate the interest, engagement and enthusiasm of youth through hands-on STEM and aviation outreach locally and in underrepresented regions.
Vision: To become a staple STEM organization responsible for shaping and preparing future generations to be global explorers, discovering their passion for innovation, leadership and technology, beginning with hands-on outreach as the ‘spark’ propelling their future forward.
